Pinakin Davey Webinar Pinakin Gunvant Davey, PhD, OD, FAAO Dr. Pinakin Gunvant Davey is a tenured professor at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry. He holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry and a Ph.D. from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England. Dr. Davey has authored over 50 international publications and has given over 100 conferences and invited presentations both nationally and internationally. His research area is focused on retinal and optic nerve physiology and he researches methods of improving vision in glaucoma and macular degeneration. He is a Fellow of American Academy of Optometry(AAO), a member of Optometric Glaucoma Society (OGS), Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO), and the American Optometric Association (AOA). 1.
